Flammkuchen is a savory dish, I think originally from Switzerland. As a kid it always seemed so exotic to me, but really its just a crispy crepe with savory toppings. The traditional one has ham and onions, but this one had bacon and eggs. I don’t think I realized how breakfast-y it was until after I ordered it, lol.
